4K Pre-Screening Make-Up Day is 5/20/21
Parents must complete a 4K Pre-Registration Packet to get an appointment.
Packets can be picked up at LCP, DHE, CTE, and JCCE.
Packets must be completed and returned to the school with proof of residency by Friday, May 14th.
This is our FINAL Call for 4K Screening appointments.
Phone calls will be made to parents with completed packets to make a screening appointment for 5/20/21
