Two outstanding students — Kennedy McCaslan and Vatarus Tillman — were recognized at the South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA) on September 30 for winning the 2024–2025 South Carolina Youth Recycling Contest (Elementary Division)!
The contest, sponsored by Jason Learning, SCASA, and the Recycled Materials Association (ReMA), celebrates creativity and commitment to sustainability. 🌎♻️
Both students received a certificate of accomplishment and a monetary award, and the beautiful banner shown in the photo will be proudly displayed at John C. Calhoun Elementary School.
